What's new
What we've shipped in the last two weeks.
October 4, 2026
- Barbershop and salon defaults from sign-up, switchable in Settings with a preview of what changes
- One click exports everything (clients, appointments, payments, notes, signed forms): your client list is yours
- Checkout on one screen: products from your Clover catalog, a tip or a clear "No tip", card on file, cash, gift card plus the rest, pay by text (a secure Clover link; they add the tip) or the register, and a receipt by text or email
- Processing time: book someone else while colour develops; start times every 5, 10 or 15 minutes; buffers that always hold
- A client's own length for a service, used for their bookings
- Several services in one online visit, each with the right person
- A breakdown report by staff, service and channel; every report downloads as CSV; an evening close-out email
- Forms and waivers: build them, attach them to services, signed on the client's phone before the visit or at check-in, with a PDF of each
- Colour formulas, pinned notes and private before/after photos on the client page; allergies and the formula on the Today board and in My day
- Custom client fields and tags, in imports and exports
- Google reviews: one link to your review form from your Place ID, the same ask for every client (never filtered), a frequency cap you set, and requests sent next to reviews posted and your Google rating
- The walk-in link on the Get booked page for every business with walk-ins on
- Booth rent: late reminders, a yearly statement, this period's rent on the dashboard; product sales routed per pay plan; a 1099-friendly yearly export
- Walk-ins: "we're ready" texts, a no-show drop you set, the live line on the kiosk, each barber's walk-ins in My day, a QR poster and counter card per location; for salons too
- Rebook at checkout: the next visit at the client's own interval, one tap; rebooking rate per staff member
- Standing appointments: end after N visits or on a date, edit this and following, deposits or card on file per visit
- Waitlist auto-fill: freed times go to the next person waiting with a one-tap link, held for them while they decide; a waitlist count per day on the calendar; approve offers first if you like; when nobody is waiting, Open slots texts your regulars
- Reply C to confirm: the calendar shows who confirmed, one more ask for those who haven't, and (if you want) unconfirmed times released to the waitlist
- The manage link: confirm, add a service, update the card on file, directions
- No-show protection per client: a trusted regular never pays up front, a repeat no-show always prepays
- No-show and late-cancel fees wait 48 hours (you choose) so the barber can waive one with a reason, or charge it now, from My day
- Several saved cards per client; choose the one a booking's fees go to
- The cancellation policy in confirmations and every reminder
- A no-show report: rates by staff, service and channel, fees collected and waived
