Team, commission and payroll
Staff logins with roles and permissions, a phone view for each person's day, time off approvals, commission, tips, booth rent and payroll reports.
Everyone sees what they should
- Roles: owner, manager, front desk, staff and booth renter
- A permission matrix you can adjust (for example, let staff see all calendars)
- A PIN to switch people on a shared front-desk tablet
- One login for people who work at more than one business

My day
Each person gets a phone-sized view of their day: who's next, check-in, start and finish with a tip, and their own earnings. Add it to the home screen like an app (it's an installable web app, so there is nothing to download from an app store).
Rebook before they leave
When you finish a client in My day, it offers their next visit at their own rhythm (learned from their visits, or the service's interval): one tap books it. Reports show each person's rebooking rate. If they don't book, one friendly nudge goes out later (never two).
Pay, done properly
- Commission (flat, by category or tiered), product commission, hourly pay and a minimum guarantee
- Tips recorded with each appointment
- Booth rent: a fixed amount, a percent of revenue, or both; charged to the renter's card on the due day, with reminders when it's late and a yearly statement
- Payroll report with a CSV export for your payroll provider, and a yearly contractors' export for your accountant (1099-friendly)
- Booth renters can take their clients' payments on their own Clover; product sales stay the shop's unless you say otherwise
Schedules
Time off requests with approval (and a way to move the bookings it affects), breaks, schedule exceptions, notifications by push, text or email (each person chooses), and tasks or checklists for opening and closing.
