Confirmations go out as soon as someone books. Reminders go out ahead of the appointment at the times you choose (48 hours, 24 hours and 2 hours are ready to switch on), by email, text or both.
Clients can reply
Reminders ask clients to text back C to confirm or R for a link to change it; STOP / START are handled for you. The calendar shows who has confirmed and who hasn't, anyone who doesn't answer gets one more ask, and you can choose to release unconfirmed times to your waitlist a set number of hours before (off unless you turn it on). Replies appear on the client's page in your dashboard.
