Program name and description

BookMarvels appointment texts: messages about appointments you book with a business that uses BookMarvels, sent as "<Business> via BookMarvels" (or under the business's name from its own number). Business offers: promotional texts from a business (for example Ringenious Solutions) to clients who opted in to them separately. You join appointment texts by ticking the box for them when you book online, or by agreeing by phone or in person; offers only by ticking the separate box, texting JOIN to +1 (302) 467-2997 and replying YES, or replying YES after asking in the shop. Message types

Appointment texts: booking confirmations, reminders (reply C to confirm, R to reschedule), changes and cancellations, waitlist openings, receipts. Offers: promotions and discounts.

Message frequency

Appointment texts: frequency varies, typically 2–4 per appointment. Offers: about 4 per month, never two within 48 hours, only between 9 am and 8 pm in your local time.

Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe (CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work too); you will get one message confirming it and no more after that. Reply START to get appointment texts again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bookmarvels.com.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
